Blindfolded, 2015
I am blindfolded trying to move about the space and find 2 containers. When I do I sit down and move water from one container to the other and back and forth till the water is no longer contained in either cups while a prerecording of the artist’s voice is playing, a glimpse into his thoughts. The audio in the performance is a meditation on GPS apps, social media, and the inaccuracies of trying to contain or express human relations as if the audience were to get a glimpse into the mind of the artist’s dilemma in a truthful expression of hardships.
